Joost is shorthand for the house located on Joost Avenue in SF. This is where the commune/cult started. This was Wendy’s grandparent’s house that was left to Wendy’s mom and RJ and the group rents/ed for a nominal amount. The house was to go to Mallie and Ginger when Wendy’s mom passed. It is the central location for Free the Need and the Welcomed Consensus’s San Francisco operations. AKA Joost Avenue/Joost House/San Francisco House. They also run Sven’s Ceramic Studio and Medditerasian Landscaping out of this address.
